At Supesos Financial Services, we are committed to providing accurate, timely, and professional tax and accounting services. To ensure efficiency and fairness to all clients, the following payment policy applies to all services rendered.
All tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, consulting, and related service fees must be
paid in full prior to the submission or release of completed work, including electronic
filing of tax returns.
Tax preparation fees are separate from any IRS or state refund. Whether a refund is
issued, or not, does not affect the responsibility to pay for services rendered.
IRS and state refund timelines are determined solely by the taxing authorities. Most
refunds are issued within approximately 21 days; however, processing times may vary.
Supesos Financial Services has no control over refund processing times and does not
delay invoices pending receipt of client refunds.
In certain situations, a courtesy grace period may be extended. This is provided at the firm’s discretion and does not waive the client’s responsibility for payment.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe:
Late fees will begin to accrue.
Services may be paused
Future service eligibility may be affected.
Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to:
A late fee of $40 per outstanding week
Additional recurring late fees every 30 days until the balance is paid in full
No tax return will be electronically filed, mailed, or released until payment has been received and cleared, unless a refund transfer product has been formally approved.
By engaging in Supesos Financial Services for services, clients acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.
